The Tigers have so far proven their might winning 2 rounds in their hands and a third one set on the horizon. It looks set to be the biggest match of the first half of the season, a nail biter at the very least, and this maybe their toughest match to come too, for their opponents on Saturday 24th March, the Northern Pride, have also proven their dominance by winning their first two rounds as well.
Easts Tigers need only to win this round to finally push themselves into the lead and drop Northern Pride back down the ladder, but this is not easily done, for there will be blood; the Northern Pride have their integrity in place and any such loss would be devastating, as it would with the Easts Tigers, who have come out flying, after a dismal start last year, the Tigers have to prove themselves the rightful leaders of the Queensland Cup.
Northern Pride will be flying down to Brisbane to face off the Tigers and it will be a long flight back if they lost, which is why they will come in fighting and the Tigers have to be ready for them.
